I use HDHomeRun on both my Amazon Fire sticks and Apple TVs. 2 things I'd love to see in future versions:
- A quick way to access the top bar - like if you press left from the channel listing, up will take you to the favorites/search sports etc. **Just exited the app from my fire stick and opend again, noticed the top bar is now accessed by pressing up from the search, which is very nice.
- A way to quickly jump to channels by being able to enter their name/number or use the voice search function of compatible devices. Perhaps even a way to jump scroll by several at a time?

The top bar has been moved to the OSD bar so you can now navigate easily by going left/right between the channel list and the OSD bar. This has been available for the last week or so for customers that enabled "early access to new features" and went live for everyone this morning.
If your remote control has number buttons (or you have a keyboard) you can change channel by simply entering the number and pressing enter.
Agreed we should look at voice integration.
