I've had a Duo, for about 1 year now, hardwired to my router, and it runs flawlessly on my primary TV. I use it only to watch local TV stations. I have a second TV that runs HD Homerun on a Firestick connected by WiFi and it has also run flawlessly until recently. It works well for a certain amount of time, sometimes an hour, sometimes only a few minutes and then the screen goes black with the message "Unable to play channel: Communication error". I've confirmed the wifi remains connected, and I've updated both the Firestick and the Duo, but the problems persists. Suggestions?

Duo Communication Error
Re: Duo Communication Error
Communication Error means there is a network issue.
The diagnostic logs show it triggering a disk wear level protection which it shouldn't be doing.
This is an Nvidia Shield correct?

Yes, it's an Nvidia Shield. It's only a year old.

Are you able to make any suggestions? The problem persists on the Firestick but not on the Shield.
