Not recording shows that it should be recording

I've recently noticed that my DVR is not recording some show episodes that it should be recording, and I can't figure out why. The task for the this particular show is set to record all episodes of all seasons of the show from 4 possible channels. The linked screenshot shows some episodes airing this afternoon that should be recording, but their "will be recorded" indicators are greyed out and not red as expected. These episodes will not be recorded for some reason. My question is, why? I don't believe I have ever recorded and then deleted these episodes with the "do not re-record" option before either. I have 6 available Prime tuners and terabytes of NAS storage available. Diagnostics are turned on, and I restarted the app. Hopefully the logs will have the answer. Thanks in advance.

They were deleted and set to not re-record.

Thanks, Jason. I suspected that might be the case, although I don't remember deleting them, let alone to not re-record them.
