I recently purchased a DVR subscription. I received the confirmation email. When I use the HDHomeRunApp and go to settings, DVR account, account and put in my email and the first 8 digits of the confirmation code I received in the email I receive the error 'Invalid Credentials.' Would love any help resolving this - thank you!

While we figure it out... if you email support@silicondust.com and include the Device ID of your HDHomeRun we will do it manually.

Adding my experience to this. Have the exact same issue. Sent a trouble ticket yesterday. Looks like no one is working over the holidays. Wish I could get my money back.

Same issue here.

Additionally, it looks like I was able to record but when it's finished recording, it is not showing up in the Recorded tab. This may relate to my subscription has not been activated yet.

Problem fixed.
With the update the app will now accept your shop password OR the first 8 digits of your activation code as the password.
