DVR Service Active NO

Post by ppasteur »

As the tittle says my clients show that my DVR service is inactive.

I renewed my subscription last August for like the 8th year in a row now. The licensing portal shows this and that one license of 1 is in use. The problem is that my system will not use it.

I don't know if it is related, but I changed my email address in the system a while back. I just need the license re-linked to my account so I can use it.

I tried the "not me" button and reentered my logon info. It would not use my new email address, but accepted the old one and the first 8 digits of my subscription number. But it still shows that the DVR service is not active.

I have read that this is simple for support to ix, once I get someone to look at it for me. I opened a ticket from the web page. Being unsure itf it took it, I resubmitted the problem via email. That was over 24 hours ago. I continue to miss recordings as I have for at least the last week.

So I guess my question is, how do I get my subscription activated so my DVR will w0rk again?

Please help.

Hi. Thanks. I checked a couple of hours after posting the original request here and software has updated. It now shows my new email address and that the DVR service is active.
I didn't have to do anything.

I do appreciate the help and quick response.

I still have not seen any replies from the support requests that I submitted. I did find an email that I got confirming the ticket creation and replied to it that the issue was fixed.

Again, Thanks !!
