i have the hdhomerun flex duo, i am doing jellyfin but i am unsure where or how to get the guide. i have followed all the instruction on the website, unsure if i just missed it when i was looking through the folder. i do have a subscrition

XMLTV guide data is provided with the DVR subscription. Not sure if Jellyfin supports this directly or if you have to download it and point Jellyfin at it, but information on accessing it is available at https://github.com/Silicondust/document ... Guide-Data .

when i go to my.hdhomerun.com it will redirect me to a info page, how do i activate my guide to my hdhomerun flex tuner. i have gone through all documentation and did what they wanted to do, maybe i missed something, i am at a lost,

you activate your subscription through the app... see: https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/dvr:act ... activation

Basically, when you buy the subscription, you will get an email that includes the part of the code you need to activate through the app... the older ways don't work as most browsers now block retrieving information from something from your local network so they typically can't just give you a link to activate any longer.

i went to https://shop.silicondust.com and signed in and went to my account and it shows a License Key but status is Unassigned domain is blank...i don't know what went wrong or what I didn't do.

That's normal for the shop website to not show anything other than the key itself. You just need the first eight digits of the key to activate in the HDHomeRun app: https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/dvr:act ... activation
