SW Colorado Guide discrepancies

Hi friends,

Just installed our HDHomeRun and have noticed a lot of guide issues. I am trying to keep track of which channels are not showing the correct channel guides. We have a local CHGUIDE channel that I am comparing the HDHomeRun's guide to.

So far, I have noticed that channel 6.3 K09DM-D shows as "The World". This is actually an ABC KOAT-7 channel.
Channel 10.1 shows as ABC, it is CBS KREX.
Channel 16.4 shows as SBN, it is "Real American's Voice"
Channel 20.1 shows as Dr. Phil Merit TV, it is PBS.
Channel 21.1 shows as Univision, it is CBS HD Colorado.
Channel 22.7 shows as Outlaw, it is a local announcements channel.
Channel 23.2 shows as UNIMAS, it is CW channel.
Channel 25.1 shows as PBS, it is an ABC Denver channel.
Channel 25.3 shows as The World, it is GRIT.
Channel 47.10 has no channel guide, it is an ABC KOAT-7 channel.

Is this something we could fix / remap? Trying to make this interface user friendly for some older folks that aren't as technologically inclined. I appreciate any help in the matter.

I think I got everything. Let me know if there's anything that is still wrong.

If you don't mind, can you please turn on the sending of diagnostic info on the HDHomeRun's web page and run a channel scan?
