No guide info on my prime

I am no longer receiving any guide programing on my device when loading my program I receive a message unable to fetch guide data server error (403). My device ID is 131DB711

I am using the home run app on **** and been running for years. I did just recently relise my subscription had expired because of credit card expiration. Did renew it on Saturday.

I'm assuming that word that was blocked out starts with a K. Are you running the current version? We have been doing some cleanup to old DVR systems. Some of the old addon versions pointed to a historical address for the guide data system that is no longer available. The current addons have been updated to point to the correct address, but old versions may not have been updated by the authors.
