atsc 3.0 not playing

My flex will not play any atsc 3.0 channels since the newest firmware. The channels are there and a scan shows full bars but the channels will not load. I get "unable to play channel. No video data". All these channels played before the firmware update. Once in awhile a station will come in after about a minute but most times they will not play. They are not DRM stations. Located in Greensboro/Winston Salem NC market. Running version 20250603 app and 20250604a UI All atsc 1 channels play. I know it's not a signal problem. Any ideas? Been down too long. I don't know if it's the stations problem since they are all on the same tower.

Firmware or app... the device should have had its firmware updated over a month ago... though some have reported some issues right after that as firmware issues, there haven't been enough to really say it was firmware (we would be seeing many reports each day here if that were the case)... many problems after updating firmware are a result of the reboot of the device and not the firmware itself as things tend to keep working until such reboot but typically such failures would also affect regular atsc and not just atsc3 (though a marginal signal can cause such to appear for certain channels).

If it has only been the past week, what client device... the 0603 release on android could no longer properly do cloud transcoding and you must use a device that supports AC4 audio or get 0606 or later. My devices still refuse to update to 0606 through playstore and 0607 requires uninstall and sideloading (currently). I believe 0609 also just came out... I won't have time to check 0609 out until Friday.

Edit: of course right after posting such the 0611 android app version came out.

No video data - first thing to do is to run a new channel scan as this error can be caused by the station rearranging PLPs.

Release 20250611 has been submitted to Google and is review. Hopefully it will be available as an automatic update tomorrow.
