New beta firmware issue

I posted the same question on Reddit and another person in my area that lives in the Green Bay Market along with me is also having the same problem that's what they said on my comment so I'm not the only one in my area having the same problem with the free screen and the channel going out at 6:00 and only coming in between 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. I don't think this is a broadcaster issue I really think this is an issue with HD homerun. But I could be wrong I hope somewhere somehow they can get this result once and for all

Quick test - change to a different channel and change back - see if it is still stuck on the exact same image.

Best test - reboot the player device then play the channel again - if it is still stuck on the exact same image it is 100% a station problem.

I have done that already I have quickly changed the channel to something else and back and it still stuck. And I have reboot the players I have wiped out all the channels and rescanned and nothing seems to resolve it. In my other issue is why is ATSC 3.0 come in from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

Is it the exact same image it is stuck on after rebooting the player device?

If yes then it is 100% a problem at the TV station. As in they are transmitting full motion video of an image. We have seen this many times before - the station will reboot their encoder and the channel will start working again.

Okay if it's a problem with the TV station how do we get this problem fixed when the TV station doesn't respond to your emails or anything they ignore you and don't seem to want to fix the problem.

In the other problem people seem to be ignoring is why is ATSC 3.0 only come in from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. why can't I watch the new signal outside of that time frame. It seems like they don't want us to be able to tune into primetime never had problems with this before Intel April March of last year. Something really needs to be done I don't know if this is also an issue of the TV station or it's HD home run issue this needs to be resolved once and for all because I'm seriously thinking about switching over to *********.

Try filing a complaint with the Public Service Commission in your state. I've had to do that a couple of times in the past for my cable TV provider, I was amazed how fast the problem(s) got resolved. Less than a week...

Since new firmware all the atsc 3.0 channels for Greensboro/Winston Salem NC are not playing. Every atsc 3 channel says unable to play channel. no video data. They all show up with full bars on channel scans. They were all working perfectly fine before the firmware update. I've re-scanned but no help. Been like this for days. Atsc 1 channels are working fine. Any ideas? Running version 20250603 app and 20250604a UI

I have the same problem here from the Green Bay Wisconsin Market I get the same error message that you are and I've been getting it for a while now in no one seems to be able to get this resolved so I can watch it even some days I will get my channel from 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. and those are the only time and every time I mention that to HD home run they ignore that they seems like they don't want to do anything to resolve it I hope they will listen this time cuz more people are having the same problem now
