Rewind and fast forward issue issue with iPad

Can you guys take a look into the fast forwarding and Rewind problem on an iPad because every time you hit the fast forward or rewind button there is a delay 3-4 seconds like it freezes before it fast forwards or rewind then it jumps it makes it very hard to watch recordings on iPad. I would appreciate it if you could fix this issue

We are not tracking any issues with seeking on iPad... when I test seeking is fast as expected.

Then why is that when I fast forward or rewind there's a delay like 3 to 4 minutes and like pauses first before it fast forwards then it jumps it makes it very unwatchable on my iPad when I want to fast forward through the commercials. None of my other devices rewind or fast forward like that. They run very smooth when you hit the fast forward button they fast forward they don't pause first then jump. I hope you guys can figure out a solution and fix this. Because uninstalling and reinstalling the apps on several times and fixing the problem.
