Issue With Deleting DVR Task

I am having an issue with deleting a DVR task that I set up to test the DVR functionality. I was able to set a recording task for ABC's World News Tonight to record every episode. I have been able to delete the recordings but when I go to the Tasks tab to delete the DVR task it only shows a black box to the left with no option to delete it. I have a screenshot but I'm not able to insert it here because it is a JPEG file and not a URL. I'm stuck here and could use some help. I am using the HD HomeRun app on my Windows 11 desktop. When I go to the Tasks on my TV app it does not show anything to delete.

Older LG television? We are tracking an issue with the right-menu on displaying on older LG televisions.

I do have an older LG TV but I am using a Nvidia Shield box for streaming.
