So I was never consulted on this new Guide update. And now I find it simply is not working.
I have no channel guide. Recordings I want to make such as Svengoolie on Saturday night is not possible. As there is no option to select recording.
Does anyone have advice on fixing the guide data on the user end?
Is there any update on Silicon Dust's end on getting the guide to work correctly?
There is no software update available yet. So any info or reply is appreciated.

If you have no channel guide that is something else other than new ui...Dave82 wrote: Fri Apr 04, 2025 11:14 am. . .

First thing I would check is that the device is able to properly contact SD by checking it's logs and particularly it's discover.json in that it has a DeviceAuth (don't share that, DeviceID is OK to share but not Auth though it is only relevant for about 8 hours).
Also check the lineup of the Device (no lineup, of course no guide).
Then I would make sure the client can also properly see/discover the HDHomeRun.
You may wish to post your DeviceID(s) to let SD take a look at things (they may also want sending of diagnostics data enabled on both device and app (though ticking that in app should enable such on device, I personally prefer to also do it on device as there may be some error communicating between app and device). Since you didn't mention device or deviceID I have no clue as to what device model it is, there can be some other things to consider if the device is a Prime.

If you are not seeing guide then something else is going on.
I can check a few things - please post the Device ID of your HDHomeRun.
