Unable to play channel: No video data (all channels) - BBLobo

HomeRun Quatro has been set up and detected approx 20 OTA channels. But, when I click on any of the channels, I get a black screen with a white arrow with a diagonal line thru it. I assume this means HR is unable to play the content even though the channels have been "detected". I've tried the antenna on other devices and it works fine. Problem only happens with HR. Suggestions?

Are you trying to watch in a web browser or the HDHomeRun app? Browsers typically will not be able to play video from the HDHomeRun as they don't support the audio or video formats used for broadcast TV. Make sure to use the HDHomeRun app.
