Unable to play channel: No video data (all channels)
I am receiving the "Unable to play channel: No video data" for all channels, which are correctly identified on the side menu. No video, no audio. I have unplugged the HDHomeRun box for 30 seconds and plugged it back in with no change to the error. Send diagnostic information is enabled, and I have left the error screen up on a channel for more than a minute. My device ID is 1063A1A6 (Connect Duo). Please assist.

Every channel on your cable line is encrypted.
