I'm getting the same error. I have 2 plex servers, 1 is on a Shield TV and the other is on Windows 11. I installed the beta version on Windows and still cannot watch live TV using Plex.
I still haven't got live TV to work, the error I am getting now is "Playback Error Source is unavailable"

Any solution to this? All my clients have this problem :(. Windows app, iPhone app & Android/Google TV.

Resolved my issue by unplugging my Flex 4K, waiting a minute & plugging it back in.

We are not tracking any issues like this with the HDHomeRun apps.

Have you tried older version of plex? :)

I booted into an old verison of Windows 10 running server 1.25.5.5492, and the HDHomeruns did work with live TV. I used the same server on Windows 11 and it worked until the next reboot and now I am getting the Playback error, source is unavailable again. I downloaded the latest server software today v.1.41.6.9685 and Plex is still not working with my HDHomerun Quatto or Flex 4K. This has been going on for months, same issue with my Plex server on Shield TV.

I did a factory reset on the Shield, and a clean install of Windows 11 and Plex is working with my Homeruns. Must have been an error in my system.
