Oh okay I understand. The last weekend must have been the only weekend that they are showing Christmas movies on Ion cuz now I don't see any listed on your schedule. Why can't you just change it back to the local affiliate schedule. Because that should be the correct schedule by now because I know I know I had you guys manually change it to ion because it was incorrect it was still showing scripts news which is no longer a broadcast channel. Well if I noticed something incorrect I will let you know as of right now I don't notice anything. It looks like they're done playing Christmas movies already bummer. Why can't you just change it back to the local affiliate schedule. The station still hasn't notified SiliconDust's guide data supplier Gracenote about the change, so their listing for 32.5 WACYDT5 still has "SCNEWS" as the network:

That was a Thanksgiving weekend only thing. For the rest of the season the weekend Christmas movies will be on their sister network Ion Plus. Locally for you that's on WGBA 26.2

You have to feed coming from a central Time feed right

Ion doesn't have a separate central feed, Central Time zone stations use the East coast feed which is why their schedule lists times like "11/10c"

I guess I have to wait till silicones TV provider gets the correct info because ion and my stations are not showing the correct info everything is an hour later than scheduled all the episodes are off. Cuz I record one show from that channel and it is Chicago Fire on my end it doesn't start till 11:00 and it usually starts at 10:00 a.m. and it records and our after it ends because it shows it's listed on my end I don't know. I guess I'll just have to wait until where they get their guiding pole updates to schedule correctly. I guess I have no other options

Okay how do we get the guy to update so it's Central feed because the shows are supposed to start at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and they've been starting at 11:00 a.m. cuz I watch every Tuesday I watch Chicago Fire. And it always says it's on an hour later and then it's supposed to be which that is not correct on 32.5. My local feed should have that updated by now it should be showing the correct info on that channel it shouldn't be showing scripts anymore but I don't know why it still is this needs to get corrected. Somehow if you are able to correct it if not I guess we'll have to wait until the local affiliate decides to update it on your own.

Ion doesn't distribute a separate Central network feed, they just have East and West network feeds. If Chicago Fire's block on these stations is starting at 11am CT while NCIS Los Angeles is on at 10am CT, that means the station is delaying the east coast feed so even their own website doesn't have the correct times.

The schedule for 32.5 on WACY's website shows Tuesday's Chicago Fire block starting at 10am CT which matches what Gracenote has for Ion East and what Ion has listed on their website (11a/10c). WGBA's schedule for 26.4 has the same thing and matches what Gracenote has for 26.4 WGBADT4:



Is Ion via WACY 32.5 airing the same content as Ion via WGBA 26.4?

And to rule out another potential issue, make sure the system time zone is correctly set to Central, "UTC -6" or "America/Chicago" on all of your devices that run the HDHomeRun app and/or DVR engine and that DST is currently set to off.

My local feed should have that updated by now it should be showing the correct info on that channel it shouldn't be showing scripts anymore but I don't know why it still is this needs to get corrected. Somehow if you are able to correct it if not I guess we'll have to wait until the local affiliate decides to update it on your own.

The guide data supplier Gracenote won't fix their listing for 32.5 WACYDT5 until someone from the station contacts them and tells them that Ion replaced Scripps News on WACY 32.5.

So, right now at 8:35pm CT, I pulled the listings for your device for that channel and it shows Blue Bloods S10E06 Glass Houses. The listings on nbc26.com show the same episode. The guide for my HDHomeRun, also in Central Time, shows the same episode. Everything seems to be lined up correctly.

Okay something ain't making sense here why is that when I go on my HD home run guide and go to 32.5 and look at Chicago Fire it states on my end that it's starting at 11:00 a.m. now instead of 10:00 10:00 a.m. I don't know that don't make sense but you said you accessed mine and could see it just playing correctly I don't know what's happening here but I guess I will not worry about it I guess I will just miss out on one episode. But I appreciate you trying to get this fixed I just wish were you guys get your guiding phone that the local affiliate would contact them and update the info to the correct info so we can get the correct guide. I guess we have to wait until they resolve the issue. I guess there's nothing we can do. Unless you change the guy back to the local affiliate and see what happens.

I was looking at rabbitears.info and I see that you guys are not offering two of the channels that they have on the next gen ATSC 3.0 don't know why you guys aren't offering those they should be included I would think because they're part of the new signal or whatever I don't understand it really but I hope you can explain why I'm not receiving them in like I should be . I am so happy that the jewelry channel has been replaced in my area with GET TV on 32.6 put can you please update it with the correct guide info until the local affiliate notifies your a guy company. If you are asking about t2 and pickleball, those are internet streamed channels so the app can't work with them yet. If you are asking about nbc and cw, those are drm protected so though the tuner can add those, the app can't display them.

Nope I was asking about the two channels that were in blue that just appeared as of today when I went and looked and still waiting for them to update my other question about that one channel that just became available December 5th and I did not know that because I have problems with that channel but I still want the guide update when I do get those channels to come in would love to watch those programming on 32.6. Thanks for responding to me. I can tell you I know rabbit ears info has the drms located wrong because CW is not a DRM Channel the two DRM channels in my area are NBC and ABC because I'm able to watch Fox CBS in CW on the next gen signal with no problems and it doesn't come up with an error message like it does on NBC and ABC
