We would like to get some diagnostic data:
  1. Please go to http://hdhomerun.local
  2. If it tells you that a firmware update is available, please install it
  3. Click System Status
  4. Check the Send diagnostic information box
  5. Go back one page
  6. Click Channel Lineup
  7. Click on Detect Channels

Reply back to this post and we will check the logs

Most likely with a Cisco card if you check the cablecard ca page you will see a status of not staged rather than ready. This usually means the card has not had connection to the "network" for 30 days and needs a special hit to get it setup. Occasionally the regular csr's can do it but for comcast Cisco cards are rare and usually for such to be fixed the local dncs operator has to get involved to fix it.

A while back, someone managed to get Comcast to tell them the magic words for is needed for the Not Staged message on Cisco cards, and they are "re-staging hit".
