No channel map - Spectrum with High Split Converter
This morning, I noticed all my cable channels were gone. Rebooted my two Primes and the high split converters. Everything looks right in the menus, except the channel map is empty. Spectrum wants to do a truck roll after phone support was unable to figure out what was going on (various signals were sent, IDs confirmed). Are there some magic words I can use on the phone with them to get this resolved?

One of them is back and I didn't do anything here...
