HDHR Prime freezing

Starting on 2/17 I am getting lots of freezing/dropped frames on an Nvidia Shield. Mainly just one channel, but did not happen previously.

What are your tuner signal levels on that channel (screenshot if possible)

The logs from your HDHomeRun look fine. When the video is pausing/dropping frames but the image itself isn't corrupt it almost always points to a player problem. Can you please enable "send diagnostic information" from within the Settings menu of the HDHomeRun app.
