New / unwatched recording indicator

I requested these items before but do not see the threads anymore.

1) Sleep is always disabled in the Fire TV app so my TV could be potentially on for a long time if it is accidentally left on the HDHomerun app (even when no video is playing). Please enable sleep on the Fire TV when no video is playing so that my TV and AVR can power off automatically.

2) It would be nice to have a new/unwatched recording indicator on the show thumbnails on the Recordings screen. I think you were looking into this before, but I don't know what happened.
