Testing channels that does not show up in the screenshot still does work like channel 1 or channel 2, video at the bottom.
I tested on 4 different units where 3 of them is expand units and 1 quattro unit.
They are EU units with digital cable.
I have to rescan yet again to fix this issues.
The way I do to reproduce this is by the following way...
Step1
Set your network id to nothing
hdhomerun_config.exe deviceID set /lineup/network_id ""
// This I do whenever I have bought old used units that has network ID locked for some reason I cannot change it via gui or via web, so this method is the only way to clear the network_id
Step2
In HDHomeRun Setup GUI
Set QAM to something that's not on your network.
I would pick
a8qam256-1000

Step3
Do a channel scan to clear all channels
Step4
Set your QAM back, in my case its
a8qam256-6875

Step5
Do a new scan in hdhomerun setup gui
Result will look something like this

Step6
In order to fix this I have to re-re-scan
Here's a video showing where I did the re-re-scan again and channels started to appear correctly now.
