Updating SAP Announcement

We're using the rack mount Tech units with a Spectrum cable feed. They recently made some changes to the service and are no longer making SAP announcements with the channel name. Is there any way that we can customize the SAP announcements on the Tech unit when configuring the multicast stream? If not, we're left with generic "Live TV channel" descriptions for each and every channel. Not ideal.

We don't currently have a way to edit channel names. I need to think about that...

Hi nickk. Thanks for the reply. This is a bit of a showstopper for us at the moment. I realize that it is due to a change in the service that we have with Spectrum, but the solution is now unusable for us. What are the chances that you could implement something?
