3rd party TV Guide

Post by carydf »

I have a Flex Duo 2 w/attached USB drive. I bought a Guide subscription. So far the only way to see what each channels programming is the Slice View.
I looked thru the "instructions" and found nothing.
The slice TV Guide seemingly only provides one channels lineup at a time and requires each program to be unfolded.

I assume this is what you get with a guide subscription. Is there a third party that provides a decent Guide that displays my channels in a normal linear layout?

Select the guide icon on the bottom taskbar.Image
It was added months ago.

This feature is next up on our development schedule for Apple TV. Hopefully out in the next 45 days.

It works today on LG, Android, Android TV, iOS, Windows, Mac, and XBox.

Thank you. Look forward to it. FYI tho, it doesn’t show up on my IPAD IOS either.

Just checked, I can't locate a guide icon either. I looked for it on my Mac, after installing hdhomerun_mac_20230110beta1.dmg, as well as my iPhone and iPad.

Across the bottom bar I see:
  • Volume
  • rewind
  • pause
  • fast forward
  • record
  • time bar/position
  • find
  • sap
  • cc
  • zoom
  • full-screen (Mac only)
  • X
I have Early access to features turned on, and Version 2023012o(UI)(beta)

I have been corrected - the feature wasn't enabled on Mac and iOS due to a bounce problem when scrolling.

I will chase up.

Just a follow up wondering if you had an update on when(or if) the grid channel display might be available for Apple TV or IOS app?

Been using the HDHomeRun for about a month now. Real happy with it except for the guide listing.
