Missing Channel Guide Info

I am using two HDHomeRun HDHR5-4US Quatros along with Channels DVR app.
The program guide info for Channel 24.4 Rewind TV out of Fresno, CA is not showing up in the Channels app, but it does show up in the HDHomeRun app.
I am not sure where the problem lies, but thought I'd check here for help.

If it shows up for our app, but not in Channels, then you'll need to check with Channels.
