Prime channels keep disappearing???

I am constantly losing all of my channels on my HDHomeRun Prime. Not sure what is going on. I can rescan and they all come back. Rebooting doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun. The next time the issue occurs, reply back with the device ID and the time you noticed the channels were gone and we will check the logs to see what happened. Note that the sending of data turns itself off automatically after 10 days, so if it takes longer than that, make sure to uncheck and recheck that box to give it another 10 days.

It hasn't done it for a couple days. it may only happen when a power cycle has been done. I will test tomorrow when I am in the office where they are located.

They don't have an internal battery, do they? Maybe it died.
