My WAG is that it is possible that the device happened to do a background scan at the time that the cable was unavailable, and deleted the channels not available, but that is (of course) just a WAG.
Should SD wish to investigate why the channel map disappeared, the device id is (as shown above) 1310E0DE and diagnostics were active during that period. Even if this is an edge case, improving the results would be a possible benefit to others (as edge cases happen).

(*) I seem to recall previously asked that the device logs be enhanced to report any time a channel is added/deleted/modified (either due to automated scans, or manual detect channels, or a CableCARD channel map update(**)), and if each individual channel would be too noisy, at least at the summary of the process, something like:
