Channel selection does not matter. Every 10-20 minutes I experience 5-15 seconds of pixelation. This occurs on recordings and watching live.
The pixelation started on every recording I have viewed, beginning Oct 11.
Firmware was updated to the latest version Oct 14 around 13:15ET. No improvement.
Send Diagnostic Information was enabled Oct 14 13:47ET.
