I had or added to a thread some time ago about how my DVR recordings showed two programs for every one actually recorded. Sometime over the last couple weeks, this has been fixed. Was there anything on what happened and how it was fixed? I couldn't find it by searching...

So it was a HDHomeRun problem?

Typically such happened when there were multiple paths to the same dvr, most common being using the shield as both the dvr and client and the Bluetooth adapter was another path but could also happen with 2 nics on a device. The StorageID was supposed to only allow one "instance" picked up by the client but that didn't always work. In some cases StorageID didn't populate (symptom would also include not seen at my.hdhomerun.com) but in others the client just didn't filter such out (again most common on shield as both dvr and client)
