Updated to HDHomeRun RECORD 20200907 on our Synology 11/4/2020.
Now there is a terrible audio sync issue.

Have the same problem... However I thought it was my TV SONY 4K 55" 800h running on prime box too. Anyway i just bought the TV and that showed up on the TV. The TV has a sony sound bar I changed it to the TV speakers then back on to the sound bar, and it sync back to the correct sync on the sound. I do not know if your situation is the same but thought you might like to know...
