I ordered a new Hdhomerun Connect with Next Day Delivery, but it has not been shipped, and no-one is answering my queries. Does anyone know if this company is still trading and perhaps how to reach someone who can sort out my missing order.
I should add I am in UK. The UK website lists no contact numbers, only email address for US support.

Your order is still being processed and should ship out tomorrow morning. You will receive an additional notification with tracking number once the order has shipped.
