Lots of stuttering especially commercials

I have a quattro and LiveTV stutters a lot. It seems particularly bad when watching commercials, but regular shows do it too, just not as bad. This happens regardless of the device or app I'm using. I have 2 TVs with Nvidia Shields, 1 TV with a FireStick4k, my iPhone, and my PC. I've tried the HDHomeRun app, LiveTV app on the Nvidia shield, HDHomerunapp, Channels on iPhone and Plex apps on all the devices and they all do it to some degree. My iPhone with the channels app seems to handle it the best out of all of them though. Any help?

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun, run a channel scan, and enable the sending of data in the HDHomeRun app (see https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/trouble ... iagnostics) then watch live TV on a problem channel until the issues start and for at least 10 minutes after that. Reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun and the time the stuttering started and we will check the logs.

Ok. Just finished it. ID is 1076228C. I did about 10-15 minutes on 1/25 @ around 1:45PM PST. The stuttering was off and on throughout and particularly through the commercials. Thanks!

I am still only seeing data from the HDHomeRun. To confirm, you're enabling the Send diagnostic information option inside the gear menu in the HDHomeRun app, correct?

I did it from the tuner diagnostics page when navigating to the web interface of the tuner. The one that says "Send diagnostic data". Do I need to use the full setup app to do it (as opposed to the app to watch TV)? What's the difference between the option on the web interface and having to use the setup app? I just installed it (https://download.silicondust.com/hdhome ... s_beta.exe) and it seems to have update my firmware from 20190621 to 20200121beta1. Am I now running beta firmware? Because I don't want to be running beta firmware.

They need both... the one on the tuner reports for the tuner... the one on the app reports things app side.

We did start getting data from the app so just let us know the time you see issues.
