I've been having trouble recently with my DUAL.
I've enabled Diagnostics.

In the HDHomeRun software, it only shows "Unable to play channel" on any and all channels. The app does show the program data.
Reception, channel detection, network issues, CableCARD setup, etc.

Try doing a fresh channel scan with the HDHomeRun Setup utility, even if you've done that in the past: https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/using_t ... y_hardware
