No Guide Data - all channels

Washington DC, FiOS

Channel number / name is visible. All enabled channels tune correctly. Guide data is empty - only an ellipse (...) is visible.

Can the devices (client and tuner) reach the internet? Any error in the tuner's log (particularly a web client error) indicating that the tuner can't reach SD).

Topic moved, as this is a device issue rather than a guide issue. Your HDHomeRun has not communicated with our server since May 10, while normally it should 3 times a day. If it doesn't communicate with the server it will not get the key needed to access the guide listings. Make sure you don't have anything in place that would block the HDHomeRun from communicating out. If you're using the Fios Quantum Gateway as your router, you may need to do a reset on the router, because it has a bad habit of caching expired/invalid DNS information
