Is this all you had to do to get it fixed? I made the same change to the script he describes but recordings still not showing up but it did not break anything ether.
The post I referenced was specifically for the HDHomeRun DVR UI version: 0.6.5. But this same solution worked for me for the Synology HDHomeRun DVR Manager Version:0.6.6

I specifically edited line 59 of dvrui_hdhrjson.php which on my Synology box is located at /volume1/web/HDHomeRunDVR/includes.

I had to SSH to the NAS and sudo -i to get root privileges to edit the file. That corrected the problem for me.

Thanks. I did the same, not sure why it did not work for me. I will wait for the next update and see what happens..

Just making sure it's 0.6.9 we want and not 8. I see them both but for some reason the one listed as 0.6.9 won't work for me. Getting an invalid filet type.
EDIT: Google drive is a no go for me. Drop box is fine.

Should be 0.6.9
Sorry... Typo and fixed.

Did download from Dropbox work? Or still invalid?

Yes, Dropbox worked and Google Drive did not. At least for me.

Hi - first off, I'd like to thank demonrik for providing and maintaining this SPK! Very much appreciate it. :)

I just have a quick question about the time stamp in log file, which seems to use a different timezone setting than what I expected. I am in US/Pacific timezone but the entries within the logfile are 7 hours ahead of me (because it's set to UTC?)

I've installed HDHomeRunDVR-0.7.0.spk on my DS1513+ and everything appears to be working as expected (so far) except for this timezone problem.

This is from SSH session on my synology server:
(note that today is 2019-06-26 but the log file has already rolled over on to the next day)

root@ds1513:/volume1/@appstore/HDHomeRunDVR/web# date ; tail /volume1/HDHomeRunDVR/20190627.log

Not sure if this will help, but this is what I get when I click on the little "setting gear box" on my "Synology HDHomeRun DVR Manager":

---------- OS and ENV VARIABLES --------------------------------------------------

Is it significant that DVRUI_TZ is not set?
Thank you!

Oh - didn't realize that.

I suppose at least that means I didn't mess up the installation! :D

Thank you.

I have a SYNOLOGY DS214+ with the spk DVRUI_version = 0.7.0 installed and working for LiveTV .. I also have a DVR subscription that I have with an EMBY server able to view, schedule and record OTA TV. I am unable to get the HDHomerun software to record on any device its installed on. I can view LiveTV ( on HDHomerun ) see the program schedules and also it appears to allow me to schedule but nothing gets recorded. I do see the LiveTV files on the synology during playback so the DVR Engine is working. Any clues to why the record scheduling isn't functional or what to look for?

The other anomaly is http://my.hdhomerun.com/ page returns "No HDHomeRun DVR detected." ??
