Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
I was using Timecutter's build as I didn't know you had a CoreELEC version available.... I thought he was handling the CoreELEC "fork" of your PVR.
I tried reinstalling his version again but, same result, not compatible with this version error message.

Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
Sorry if I wasn't able to clarify this properly, as of CoreELEC 9.0.1 you should use my PVR addon .zip again instead of timecutter's (no offense to timecutter intended). For CoreELEC, I believe you want the "GNU Linux armhf" .zip: https://github.com/djp952/pvr.hdhomerun ... -Kodi-Leia
If "armhf" doesn't install, try "armel". I'm 99% sure CoreELEC was armhf, though. CoreELEC uses a 64-bit "aarch64" kernel with a 32-bit user mode, so it will definitely be "armhf" or "armel"
Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
You're faster with the reply than I am installing your add-on. LoL
You are correct, the ARMHF works and now I have LiveTV back on the Bedroom TV. Thanks, because the wife was getting pissed. LoL

Awesome! I'm sorry for any annoyance here. Please tell your wife that it was "for the greater good" - lol. It won't work (20 years this May myself), but using altruism as an excuse comes as close as I've ever found to making marriage a zero-sum gameusafle wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 9:40 pmYou're faster with the reply than I am installing your add-on. Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
I am running 13.3 Krypton on my 2 Nexus 7 android tablets, which are running unofficial versions of android P, and I'm having 2 problems. On Kodi boot, the following message appears at the bottom of the splash screen, which I've never seen before: "Detected problem with app native libraries (please consult log detail)." Also, I'm getting so much buffering Kodi is unusable. I didn't have either problem with 13.2, as I recall.
I hope someone has fixes.
Thanks

Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
Can you post / supply a Kodi log file for this? I am not aware of any breaking changes in Android P myself that would affect the PVR. At some point there will be, if Android ever fully removes support for native modules compiled with GCC, but if something like that were the case the PVR wouldn't load at all.jhford wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 9:54 amI am running 13.3 Krypton on my 2 Nexus 7 android tablets, which are running unofficial versions of android P, and I'm having 2 problems. Since you are on Android Leia, you can also go into the Addons Browser and use the "Update" function for the PVR to revert back to 1.3.12 if you want to easily compare between versions. I keep at least one prior version available for you guys via this method to help with rolling back if needed.djp952 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 04, 2019 12:56 pmCan you post / supply a Kodi log file for this? Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
It should, looks like LibreELEC for the Pi zero is a 32-bit ARM build. Give the "linux-armel" Leia build a try. A quick search indicates that "armhf" would not be correct for the zero. LibreELEC is based on regular GNU Linux as opposed to the specialized Raspbian stuff, I don't foresee any specific issues other than maybe performance.
Let me know how it works out!!

Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
I 100% agree with ddejager, you will get significantly better performance by unlocking the hardware decoder. It's worth the ~$2.50 gamble. I don't think you would benefit from the VC-1 decoder for anything PVR related, though.
Re: Unofficial Kodi PVR Client for HDHomeRun DVR subscribers
I ordered the codec, waiting for the email.
I tried installing = zuki.pvr.hdhomerundvr-linux-armhf-leia-1.3.13.6982.zip
but it crashes libreELEC 9.0.1 and sends it into a crash reboot loop.
any ideas
