My subscription renewed on Dec 17th, and although an invoice shows a credit for Order #573246 my bank acct doesn’t show a $10 credit. I was charged the full $34.99. Assumed the credit was for this billing cycle bs the next one. Please confirm.

Submit a report to support@silicondust.com with your account info. They should be able to see what happened and get you taken care of.

Just got charged my monthly premium billing and credit has been reflected against my credit card charge. $24.99 charge from Silicon Dust. Thank you.

My service renewed today for $34.99. Is this expected? My expectation is /has been that until we get the full lineup back that we’re getting the $10 discount. What’s going on?

I had the same thing happen tonight. It charged me the regular 34.99. Last month on December 20th it worked just fine and only charged me 24.99.

Was this a mistake?

Charged 34.99 - this needs to be handled quickly and efficiently.

SD needs to decide if they want $24.99 or $0. SD can make the $24.99 happen or I'll make the $0 happen and it won't take 5 months - guaranteed.

Also charged full price. Not sure why you guys are having so much trouble with your billing but this is not good for business.

Will you provide the credit/discount to all of us universally or do we all have to file an individual support ticket to get the $10 credit/discount/whatever?

Have opened a support ticket #112587

Can appreciate that it's a moving target, but there must be some way for your billing system to put in place a system wide discount until the discount is lifted :(

Add me to the Full Price Party too. Charged today for $34.99 with no mention of the credit on my invoice.

I will submit a trouble ticket, but wonder just how many people won't notice and the charge just goes through as part of regular subscriptions.

Sneaky sneaky, Silicon Dust....

Step 1: Launch service for X channels at $34.99
Step 2: Loose channels due to upstream contract dispute. Continue to offer less than X channels at $34.99 to new subscribers making them more profitable.
Step 3: Offer one-time auto credit to existing subscribers to ease pain making them less profitable than new customers.
Step 4: Remove auto-credit and require customers to contact support to receive credit.
Step 5: Original customers get frustrated and cancel thus removing profit margin impact to $10 credits.
