Yeah the initial load of 14 days takes a while ... then it is much quicker.... only loads new guide data.
OK, I changed it back to 14 days. I got the first day's worth of guide data now so it doesn't matter how long it takes to get the rest of it.

I get an error message "Add-on couldn't be loaded" "Can't load shared library" when trying to install zuki.pvr.hdhomerundvr-windows-x64-krypton-1.2.0.6415.zip on Win7.
Last night avdp and demonrik's DVR Web UI was broken because SD changed all of the apis from ipv4-my.hdhomerun.com to api.hdhomerun.com. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Bah, I meant to nuke the x64 Windows Krypton download, that only worked with DS Player 64-bit anyway. Since 1.2 won't work with DS Player anymore, it has absolutely zero value to anyone. Sorry about the trouble!

For what it's worth, I think the 64-bit Kodi Leia build for Windows is really snappy, I'm looking forward to using it for more than just testing. We have what, 6-7 months to go before Leia comes out for real? Ouch.

Just found out that If I am watching a show I can just hit record and not have to stop watching ... like the default HDHomerun UI.

Thanks wildecard! My pleasure!

To celebrate, I finally opened the new thread. I'll ask the moderator staff to close this one out, but will keep checking it since I'm sure there will be some additional posts.

Hmmm... it's kinda Kodi development and it's kinda 3rd party at the same time I guess. Let me ping TVJunkie198 on a PM and see what he thinks is the most appropriate forum to start the new thread.
I think that the Kodi.tv community forums at https://forum.kodi.tv has the most appropriate (sub)forum for discussing all and any PVR client addons for Kodi, official and unofficial, original branch and distinct forks of existing PVR client addons. I'm sure that that the Kodi team's forum moderators could even create your own new seperate sub-sub-forums there too if that is what you wanted, so that even each distinct PVR client addon gets its own sub-sub-forum there:

https://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=250

That would also be the best place for team Kodi to get feedback on what additions that they need to make to Kodi's own PVR API and to Kodi's core/GUI to make it better suited for a broader range of DVR services or new features and functions requested by PVR client addon developers and end-users.

PS: Remember that SiliconDust is also a sponsor of kodi.tv and have already collaborated with the Kodi development team so I would hope that they would start to monitor activity in the existing HDHomeRun sub-forum there for PVR client addons any any subsequent sub-sub-forums as well

Before this old thread gets closed out ....

I'm not sure I understand why it's so important to you that this gets posted on kodi.tv. It's my project, I'd like to think that if I don't want to publicize it any more than it is that would be for me to decide, yes? I hear your arguments, and my decision at this time is to not do that. I'm perfectly happy with the visibility as it is.

You are free to cross-post over there at your discretion -- it's a public project, fully open-source with a very lenient license model (MIT License) and detailed directions on how to duplicate the end result (build environment and steps), so the project can even be forked, picked apart, put to use elsewhere, the sky's pretty much the limit. You could even start a grass-roots effort to have the better parts put into the formal Kodi addon! Some level of credit somewhere would be cool for anything that happens to be unique, but honestly that doesn't matter too much to me either.

It's highly unlikely that I would join in any conversations about it on that forum myself. I simply do not like that online community (yes, the developers are a pretty cool bunch, I'm talking about the general conversationalists)

Hi guys;

This is off topic but hopefully someone can help. What version of the app would work on my Solid run CUBox i4x4? (freescale i.MX6)

Thanks

If you don't mind, I'd like to answer this one on the new thread ... I need to ask somebody from SD to lock this one out, it got too long!

See ya over there, I'll quote this as a new reply: viewtopic.php?f=88&t=65776&start=15#p300514
