No problem.

0: sfi=0 mod=qam16 cod=9/15 layer=core ti=hti lls=1
1: sfi=0 mod=qam64 cod=10/15 layer=core ti=hti lls=0
2: sfi=1 mod=qam256 cod=11/15 layer=core ti=hti lls=0 lock=1

0 is locked for 103.1
1 is locked for 105.1
2 is locked for 109.1

played with vlc and mpv
No audio on any of the channels
103.1 and 105.1 show resolution of 1920x540 @ 59.940 fps - both show as an odd width
109.1 show resolution of 1280x720 @ 59.940 fps - shows normal

Can you tell me, when looking at the HDHR GUI, what the number is to the left of each channel? I suspect it's like 5001 for 3-1, for example.

My area told me they don't plan on changing the modulation scheme. (QAM16/256). But curious how easy is decoding the QAM64/COD10/15? I'm about 67 miles from the transmitter and can only get QAM256 on one of the two ATSC 3.0 channels. The other only gets QAM16. Might have more to do with the coding scheme. But the modulation being more might contribute.

Not sure about Syracuse, but with Buffalo, some people in Toronto reported that they can get QAM16 and QAM64, but not QAM256.

Sorry for the delay on responding - I had a few issues with the antenna I had set up.

If you are talking about the HDHomeRun Config tool - then:
103.1 -> 5001
105.1 -> 5002
109.1 -> 5003
