However, I was only testing the ATSC 3 in my market.
As I ran the Windows 10 app just now to watch some TV, I've noticed that I have only 1 channel of audio on ALL stations. Well I can't say I tested all 60+ channels, but I tested several.
I've never noticed this issue on ATSC 1 channels before. Any ideas?? Thanks!
Also, I did test my Nvidea Shield android app, and it appears to be normal for ATSC 1 channels.

Do you mean 1 audio channel, or 1 audio track? If you’re only hearing a mono channel, and watching content that should be providing 5.1 or at least 2.0, then yeah, that is extremely odd. If you’re routing audio from your Shield to a receiver, maybe check you didn’t accidentally enable mono mode or such. You can also verify audio decoding on the Shield with the native Live Channels app, or other clients such as Plex or Channels DVR.
