ASCT 3 Channels Stutter

I just got my new 4k ATSC tuner installed and scanned.I am in the Columbus OH area and I have 4 channels in ATSC 3. When I play and of them they stutter with very choppy video and audio. I have upgraded to the latest firmware. Any ideas on what the issue is?
