ATSC 3.0 Channels moved to 100s in lineup no longer have HD tags in addition to HEVC tags

Here's the Seattle-area channel lineup from the HDHR (ATSC 3.0 channels now showing w/ HEVC tag only instead of HD & HEVC tags):

Is this expected behavior? In theory, ATSC 3.0 channels could be 4K...

This is expected. HD tags will be back in the near future.

Open question is how to handle OTT delivered content - ie do we download a video segment from each OTT channel to check the resolution.
