Newbie here so I'm taking a queue from your comment as to what is helpful. Tested using the hdhomerun Windows 10 client and I updated firmware to the release with yesterdays date.

Location Utah. Above 2.1 KUTV has audio in left channel but a little quiet, very little volume in right channel. Sounds hollow and I think there is an audio sync issue. 4.1 KTVX sounds identical with the same sync issue. Tuning to 13.1 KSTU-HD sounds correct and louder with no sync issue. They were doing the governor inauguration ceremony so it was easy to compare channels as they all broadcast it live. I'll have to check the audio sync on a non-live event.
