The video/audio is freezing here after a few minutes of playback. Just uninstalled/reinstalled the app on XBox One to make sure we had the latest. Portland on 8.1.
Re: 25 Oct 2020
Can you please turn on "send diagnostic information" from the settings menu in the app, then post back with your device ID.darcilicious wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 7:12 pm The video/audio is freezing here after a few minutes of playback. When you next experience the freeze problem please leave it like that for 5 minutes before doing anything.

Let me know if there's any other information I can provide.
Cheers!

Phoenix area, tuned to channel 15.1, ID 1080A4A8 on Windows 10 after today's app update I still see some short hesitations. I hope you see diagnostics coming in. Let me know if there's anything else I can do. Willem Riede.
Re: 25 Oct 2020
Not trying to hijack this thread, but it appears there was a firmware update yesterday for the HDHR5-4K. Are there release notes available somewhere?
UPDATE: Weird it showed a new firmware 20201025 and I ran the update, when the device rebooted it now lists 20201023 as the current firmware.
As a side note I have a couple channels with HEVC that just stutter and in some cases will not display at all (blue or green screen). Audio is choppy as well.
I am using Channels but I see similar things on the HDHomeRun app for MacOS. The other channels are working well, I believe my network is working well (enterprise grade switches and wireless Aruba/HPE gear).
I would like to see if any of the issues are resolved from the firmware update or at least what has changed.

The changelog is available elsewhere in the forums (link below). The last listed firmware update is from 10/23, and the last software updates were yesterday.

I installed the updated Windows app 20201025 but still having issues.
WTAE: played fine and looked great, but began to pause after about a minute of play. After about 6 minutes of play, it completely froze.
WPNT: started with audio on 1 channel, and then audio faded out completely. After about 8 minutes of play the video froze.
WPGH: no audio at all, and video froze after about 6 minutes of play.
KDKA: ATSC 1 station, but no issues

I've updated firmware (20201030) and Windows app (20201029) but still experiencing all the same issues on all 3 Pittsburgh ATSC 3.0 stations. ATSC 1.0 stations work perfectly.
