Thanks. We confirmed an issue with the IP to PLP mapping. We should have a firmware update out tomorrow to fix it.

Any chance there's still a firmware update coming today?

New firmware 20201021 still only finding one of the 3 ATSC channels in Pittsburgh during scans. They still can be tuned via the gui app and the plp's.

I got the latest firmware (version 20201021b) and I now see the three channels in our area showing as HEVC, but when using the HDHomerun app in windows or on the Xbox those three channels stutter or just freeze in the video. I also don't have any audio yet for any of the HEVC channels.

I then tried running the config GUI and with PLP 0 and 1 enabled as it is the only setting that allows all three HEVC channels to show without the title of (no data). I can view all three of the channels in VLC player and it exhibits the same stuttering behavior without audio.

I've noticed since (I believe) 20201017 firmware version it no longer locks on these HEVC channels like it did previously. It shows "PLP0 qam 16" and "PLP1 qam 256" as red with either PLP (or all PLPs) are selected in the config GUI. The signal strength and quality is stating 100% and symbol quality is 100%. The network rate reaches at most 10 Mbps.

Upgrading the Windows software will fix the red box.

Good progress. I too now see all 3 channels on the scans.

Of course, they're unwatchable :(. So now the wait for the apps to catch up with atsc3...

OK, I downloaded the Windows Installer for the latest firmware (rather than just updating it via my.hdhomerun) and it installs a new config GUI which now locks (shows as green in the UI) the PLPs on those three channels.

As stated above, it still stutters and has no audio at this point.

Channels App (beta) on Apple TV 4K is choppy / no audio.
Plus some issues with metadata, because Channels shows the duration of a 30 minute show as 766 minutes.
