I'm still seeing this issue although a little different. When pressing up or down, I may be able to navigate to a show on the slice guide but does not let me select it. Like before, if press skip forward and then enter slice it will behave as expected. This has happened in the last couple of days after having live TV running for more than twelve hours.

I have seen this too, although not often.

Also, when information pulled out on slice guide, and surfing up or down, weird issues still occur...
Sometimes info appears to left of program icon (and cut off).
Sometimes shows it multiple time slots on a channel instead of remaining on the current time slot.

I've come to accept that slice will never be tip-top, but I do expect to be able to change the channel when I want to.

Has anybody had a good experience with Plex as their main driver for TV? I'm seeking a UI with a better rounded experience but I'm not convinced Plex is without issues. I would have to get the family onboard if I was to give it an honest go.

Have you tried using direct access? Keying in the channel number that you want to tune to?

Using the stock Shield remote. No number keys.

I can recreate my issue. When in slice, press to the right to see the synopsis. Press left again to hide the synopsis. After that, you cannot select the channel for viewing.

Win10/XBox One S issue with 20200304. After manually entering channel number, no longer able to scroll up/down with arrow keys.

Arrows on a remote or on a keyboard?

Win10 = arrows on keyboard
XBox = arrows on Talon remote wheel

Steps to reproduce:
Watching live channel (1309)
Type 1004 - guide appears below typed channel number
Attempt to scroll down on the guide (to channel 1006 to see Wallenda :) )

I just received the update to 20200327d and while the "Loading" issue appears to have been resolved, the guide issue remains.

Thanks for continuing efforts during the current Covid-19 restrictions.
