This continues to happen. Is there any attention being paid to this issue?

We may have figured this one out. A command that happens in recorded TV may be taking over a Live TV setting. Will update when we get a fix in.

This started happening to me a couple of days ago. It coincided with my disk filling up almost completely, though I didn't know it at the time.

Just now I ran a test. I had 1.6 GB free space and started watching live TV and watching the disk capacity. As soon as the disk filled up completely, live TV froze for a few seconds, then jumped back to the point where I had started my live TV watching.

Hope that helps.

I suspect there may be a number of reasons this might happen, yours being one of those reasons. However, low disk space is not what is causing this issue for me. I still have about 2TB of available space on my 4TB disk. I think my issue is being caused by occasional video "anomalies" being received from my cable provider, Spectrum (formerly Bright House).
