Grid Guide

Hi,
I just moved from Plex to HDHomeRun as the software interface for a Prime. Is there anyway to get just a regular grid guide in the playback software? Especially if you are a DVR service subscriber. It seems kind of crazy that it's not there.

Everyone has asked for this..............apparently it is WAY too difficult to create, even though just about every other competitor's interface has been able to do it.

I had thought about trying Channels a while back, but I think it only ran on apple gear. Now that it's supported on Android, I'm gonna give it a look.

Try using the discover page. You might find that it's tremendously more useful than a grid guide.

It's a different way of browsing which IMHO is much better.

Have you looked at getchannels.com ?

It works with SiliconDust hardware and can present an integrated Grid Guide showing over the air (or cable) shows from HDHomeRun sources and shows from some streaming services all blended into one seamless Guide.

Consider using MythTV DVR software with your Prime. It has a grid guide.

LOL...people keep asking and SD keeps obstinately saying no. I'd admire their hardheadedness if it didn't force me to stick with WMC.
