Is the ability to record DRM channels coming anytime soon?

Previous statements have said that DRM recording will be available in a software update that will be released when the 6 tuner Prime is available. Of course, that was back in June/July, but nothing else has been said of a timeline/release date, so previous statements and speculation is all we can use.
