Just Received my Bill Today With OUT the $10.00 credit that my previous bill included! Are we getting the credit or not? I have been willing to work with you guys as long as you honor your commitment about the $10.00 credit. I am wondering if this has happened to any one else? Is this a mistake or intentional?
Received my Credit today! Disappointed that I had to request this credit and am wondering how many members don't check their bill regularly and over look this overcharge! Looking at SiliconDust a little differently now!
