Just Received my Bill Today No Credit!

Just Received my Bill Today With OUT the $10.00 credit that my previous bill included! Are we getting the credit or not? I have been willing to work with you guys as long as you honor your commitment about the $10.00 credit. I am wondering if this has happened to any one else? Is this a mistake or intentional?

It's happened to everyone as best I've read. Certainly happened to me. Best bet is to send an email to customer service and they will credit your account the $10.

Watch your credit card statement though. I've heard of some saying they got the credit but when looking at their statement credit was never added back to their card.

Received my Credit today! Disappointed that I had to request this credit and am wondering how many members don't check their bill regularly and over look this overcharge! Looking at SiliconDust a little differently now!
